High Performance Computing Development Cluster

I maintained the University's computer cluster, consisting of 12 Dell PowerEdge Servers, totalling 24 Xeon Processors. It was highly specialized and was used for molecular dynamics simulations, checkpointing tools, GIS interpolation, and analysis of gene hybridization. It ran the following software: Open Mosix, Gentoo.org, Intel C/C++ Compiler, Intel FORTRAN Compiler, and several molecular modeling packages.
